This Privacy Policy explains how Catalog Management Services LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, doing business as CTLGMGMT (“CTLGMGMT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the DEMO: Cowrite App mobile application (the “App”) and our related websites and landing pages (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

When you use the App or contact us, you may provide:

When you use the App or our website, we may automatically collect:

Account details (if accounts are enabled): such as name, email address, and any optional profile information.
Session content: audio recordings, session names, notes, lyrics, tags, pinned sections, co writer names, and other creative content you enter or upload into the App.
Support and communication data: your name, email, and any information you include when you contact us by email, via in app support, or through website forms.
Contacts with your permission, the APP accesses your device contacts solely to auto-populate your own name, phone number, and email into your profile setup form for your convenience. We do not upload, store, or transmit any contact data to our servers. No contact records from your address book are saved or shared with any third party.

Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, language, general location (e.g., city/region), IP address, time of access, and which screens or features you use.
Log and diagnostic information: crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic information that help us maintain stability and improve the App.
We may also collect identifiers such as your account ID and device level identifiers, which are used to maintain your account, sync your sessions, and provide support.

1.3 Subscription and purchase information (via app stores and RevenueCat)

DEMO: Cowrite App offers paid subscriptions handled entirely through Apple’s App Store and/or Google Play.

We do not collect or store your full payment card or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Apple and Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
A third party service, RevenueCat, helps us manage subscriptions. Through RevenueCat, we receive non sensitive subscription information such as: product IDs purchased, subscription status (active, expired, in trial), renewal and cancellation dates, and app specific identifiers needed to manage entitlements.
We also use Supabase to provide secure database and authentication services. Supabase hosts the data necessary to operate your account and sessions (such as your profile details and session content) on our behalf, under our instructions.
We use this information to determine your entitlements, understand revenue performance in aggregate, and prevent fraud and abuse.

1.4 Advertising, analytics, and retargeting

We may use third‑party analytics and advertising partners to help us understand how people use DEMO: Cowrite App and to show ads that may be more relevant to you.

These partners may:

Collect information about your use of the App and website over time and across different apps, websites, and devices.
Use cookies, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies to recognize your device or browser.
Help us deliver, measure, and improve advertising, including “retargeting” you with ads for DEMO: Cowrite App or related offerings on other apps, websites, or platforms.
Where applicable, we and our advertising partners may use your data for “tracking” as defined by Apple, such as linking your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes. We do not track you without your consent, and we respect the “Ask App Not to Track” setting and similar controls on your device.

Provide, operate, and maintain the App, including saving and syncing your sessions, notes, and recordings.
If you allow contacts access, we use it only to help you find and invite co writers and to associate co writer information with your sessions.
Manage subscriptions and access to paid features (for example, checking with RevenueCat which plan you are on).
Monitor, maintain, and improve the App and website, including performance, stability, and new feature development.
Communicate with you, including service related messages, support responses, and important updates about the Services or this Policy.
Analyze aggregate usage and subscription metrics to understand how DEMO: Cowrite App is used and to make product decisions.
Show and measure advertising for DEMO: Cowrite App and related offerings, including on third party apps and services, where permitted by law and your device/platform settings.
Protect our rights, property, and users, including preventing misuse, enforcing our terms, and complying with legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. How we share information

We may share information collected through the Services with:

Service providers that perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, subscription management (including RevenueCat), database and authentication services (including Supabase), and advertising/measurement.
Advertising and analytics partners, who help us deliver, measure, and improve advertising and understand how the Services are used. These partners may combine information they receive from us with information they have from other sources, and their use of data is governed by their own policies.
App stores (Apple and Google) as necessary for purchases, subscriptions, compliance, and fraud prevention.
Professional advisors and legal/safety recipients, such as lawyers, auditors, insurers, regulators, or law enforcement agencies, if needed to comply with law, protect our rights, or protect the safety or property of our users or others.
Business transferees in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not share your creative content (recordings, lyrics, notes) with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data storage and retention

Your session content and related personal data are stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers, including Supabase, which securely hosts our databases and authentication services.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including maintaining your account, honoring subscriptions, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
If you request deletion of your account or certain data, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, subject to any data we are required or allowed to keep for legal, security, or operational reasons.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of certain information.
Object to or restrict certain processing activities, including some marketing.
Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

If you have an account, you can also request deletion of your account and associated personal data directly from within the App’s settings (where available) or by contacting us at this email address. We will process your request and delete or anonymize your personal information, subject to any legal or operational requirements that may require us to retain certain data.

Managing subscriptions:

You can manage or cancel your DEMO: Cowrite App subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Changes, refunds, and renewals are governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms and policies.

Controlling ads and tracking:
You can typically adjust ad tracking settings on your device or platform, and manage certain web‑based tracking via browser or cookie settings, as described in Section 1.4.

6. Children’s privacy

DEMO: Cowrite App is intended for adults and professional users and is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you use the App and Services at your own risk.

8. International users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection for cross‑border data transfers, in line with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App or on our website.
